Brief Introduction:

Be applied to dc TIG welding, dc pulse TIG welding , dc manual welding, TIG spot welding , dc automatic welding and so on. It can weld material of carton steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Cr-Mo steel, copper.  Application: Petroleum chemical, pressure vessel, power construction, stainless steel products, bicycles, steel furniture, and other industries.


Features:


1. Current, voltage digital display and preset parameters is accurate, convenient.

2. Setting a low frequency (0.5 ~ 30 Hz) and a medium frequency (10 ~ 500 hz) two kinds of pulse function. The low frequency pulse is suitable for all kinds of materials of moderately thick plate, thick plate, tubular form full position welding. The medium frequency pulsed arc stiffness, good concentration, more suitable for all kinds of heat sensitive materials, thermal materials, thin plate welding. 

3. Pulsed current, the based current, pulsed frequency, pulsed width can be adjusted, so that they are suitable for welding of various kinds of specification conditions.

4. There is a electric shock prevention device, to improve the safety of operation.

5. Three layer four cavity dustproof structure, IP23 protection grade, excellent design of dustproof, rain-proof, heat dispersion performance, adapting to the harsh environment. 

6. Can be used for automatic welding, welding robots.
