Groove Automated Welding Robots
The groove automated welding robots workstation adopts a single-station layout, which is suitable for any plane curve of low-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel, high-strength steel and other materials, and any shape groove processing before welding of parts. The system is equipped with a built-in controller with PLC function, which can automatically control the cutting system and automatic ignition system. The flame cutting system works stably and reliably, meeting the positioning and cutting process requirements of the workpiece. This automated welding robots system is designed to adapt to the 3-shift work system, with each shift working for 8 hours, and the equipment meets the ability to work continuously without stopping, and the average monthly working time is not less than 700 hours.

1. The robot system is equipped with a teaching programmer and a daily operation starter. In addition, considering the equipment safety during the robot teaching process, a collision sensor is configured at the rear end of the cutting gun, and the flame cutting gun assembly (including gun, nozzle, meter, valve) is imported equipment.
2. The robot system body is a modular design structure with good maintainability, convenience and safety. The new AC servo motor used has the characteristics of compact structure, high output, fast response, high reliability, etc., with a large movement space, better stability and high repeat positioning accuracy.
3. The gas cutting system adopts a three-way gas supply method (cutting, preheating, combustion gas). When working, the preheating flame is used to heat the cutting area and send in a high-purity cutting oxygen flow. The metal is rapidly oxidized by the reaction of oxygen and iron. At the same time, the momentum of the high-speed cutting oxygen flow is used to remove the slag, thereby realizing the cutting operation of the workpiece groove.
4. The control system adopts a distributed hardware structure and a reduced instruction set software, which can ensure strict timing and task execution. The memory capacity reaches 160,000 steps. The open structure can be connected to networks such as Ethernet and Device-net.
5. The robot system is equipped with a programmer with a 6.5-inch color LCD display, which has the functions of online parameter modification and fault self-diagnosis display. The display mode can be switched between Chinese and English, which is convenient for the operator. And it is equipped with a dead-man switch to ensure safety.
Structure
The gas cutting system adopts a three-way gas supply method (cutting, preheating, and combustion gas). After the three-way gas is connected to the control box, it is centrally displayed and controlled through the pressure gauge in the box (displaying the three-way pressure values ​​respectively), the solenoid valve and the bus bar, and then the branch bar and the hose are connected to the rear end of the cutting torch.
