This semi-trailer suspension balance arm, front bracket/light front bracket robotic welding solutions are equipped with Japanese Yaskawa welding power source and low welding spatter welder; it has two functions of pulse welding and short-circuit welding; it is suitable for MIG/MAG and CO2 gas welding; the welding material is suitable for carbon steel; the welding gun adopts Japanese Dongjin brand welding gun with excellent performance; the welding gun sensor adopts 360° all-round anti-collision device to completely avoid welding collision during welding, thereby causing damage to the robot body.

Welding positioner
The positioner of this set of robot welding system is a three-axis servo flip positioner. Each axis of the positioner can be flipped 360° freely, and cooperate with the robot to perform all-round welding of the workpiece, which can achieve the best welding position and meet the welding quality and appearance requirements well. The two axes at the end have linkage function. The equipment is driven by AC servo motor, with accurate positioning, reliable clamping, smooth start-up and accurate stop. There is no abnormal phenomenon such as large impact and jumping during operation, and it can realize linkage and coordination with the robot. The base of the positioner is welded with high-quality profiles and steel plates, and is annealed to ensure reliable quality and precision.

Welding fixtures
The fixtures include three categories: balancing fixtures, front bracket fixtures and light front bracket fixtures. The fixtures are designed with automatic clamping and positioning methods, which can realize information interaction with the handling robot. It has a simple structure, convenient operation, high assembly efficiency, and a firm and stable clamping force.

German Binzel gun cleaning and wire cutting device TCS
The automatic gun cleaning and wire cutting device consists of a gun cleaning station, a wire cutting mechanism and a silicone oil spraying unit. The precise and efficient gun cleaning station is used for robot welding to clean the welding slag splashes attached to the nozzle. The wire cutting mechanism can ensure the shearing quality of the welding wire, and can provide the best welding arc starting effect and the accuracy of the welding gun TCP measurement. The silicone oil spraying device adopts double nozzle cross-spraying to ensure that the welding slag and the nozzle will not be deadly adhered, thereby effectively reducing the number of cleaning times of the welding gun nozzle and extending its service life.
