It was composed of general chassis assembly and welding line, container assembly welding line, and full semi-trailer assembly line.

Semi-trailer welding assembly production line introduction：

Assembly zone including KBK lifting device;
Two types of conveying line: Double speed chain and Plate chain conveyor;
Robotic loading and unloading line;
Robotic welding station for middle bracket / light medium bracket and Rear lifting / light rear lifting;
Manual repair welding and cleaning zone including KBK lifting device;
Master control system for the whole line.
