Install the main frame: Place the main frame (including the motor and drive system) at the installation location of the equipment. Make sure the base of the main frame is firmly fixed to the ground, using bolts or other suitable fixing methods.

Install the driven frame: Place the driven frame opposite the active frame, making sure the base of the driven frame is also firmly fixed on the ground. If necessary, adjust the position of the driven frame to accommodate the size of the workpiece.

Connect to power: If the welding roller frame requires power, connect the device to an electrical outlet. Make sure cables and plugs are in good condition to avoid cable damage.

Connect the control panel: If the equipment is equipped with a control panel, connect it to the electrical control system on the main frame. Make sure the connections are secure and the wires are not twisted or pinched.

Adjust the position of the roller: According to the size and shape of the specific workpiece, adjust the position of the roller to ensure that the workpiece can be supported smoothly on the roller and does not shift.

Test equipment: Conduct simple equipment testing before official use. Check the adaptive function of the scroll wheel, the operation of the motor, and the operability of the control panel.
