Working principle of Welding Robot System for bus roof skin:

Install the tooling of the vehicle model to be produced to the positioning tooling, open all the clamping units of the tooling, install the roof skin frame, top skin, press the clamping button, 4 arc welding robots spot weld at the same time, and the spot welding is completed. 4 robots weld from the starting position at the same time, weld to the first six clamping units, the first six clamps are opened, the robot continues to weld through the first six clamping units, the first six clamping units are clamped again, and so on, until the welding is completed. Press the open button, manually remove the top skin assembly, repeat the steps, and keep circulating.
