The electric hoist cover and inner rib plate welding workstation adopts a single machine and double-station layout. While the robot is welding at one station, the other station can clamp and unload the workpiece. By reasonably configuring the operators, the efficiency of the system can be maximized.

The end beam automatic robot welding workstation adopts a double-machine and double-station layout, and the working principle is roughly the same as the single-machine and double-station layout. The addition of the robot walking system allows the robot to move freely when the workpiece is large, so as to achieve the ideal welding position.

The main beam inner rib plate welding line adopts a double-machine single-station layout. Two robots are fixed on the same workbench. While one robot automatically loads and unloads materials (internal rib plate welding parts), the other welding robot welds the workpiece (main beam inner rib plate), and the whole welding task is completed under the action of the robot table.
