Automated Tank Cleaning Machine Cleaning Process
1.The operator uses an electric forklift to send the PE barrel to the cleaning roller, pushes the barrel to a fixed position, and opens the bottom drain port;
2.Confirm that there is enough cleaning liquid in the storage tank, start the system, and the drum line brings the barrel into the cleaning room. Position multiple nozzles on the side and above to start spraying water for cleaning. At the same time, the rotating mechanism starts to rotate. After about 2 minutes of external cleaning, the barrel is brought to the next drum line by the drum line to start cleaning the inside. After positioning OK, the lifting mechanism lowers the sealing cover and the tank washer together and installs them in the barrel mouth; the nozzle starts 360-degree cleaning;
3.After the set cleaning time, the cleaning ends automatically and the automatic door opens. The barrel leaves the cleaning room and goes to the next drum line. The inclined top mechanism is positioned to push it out, so that the barrel tilts and pours out the remaining water;
